As the founder of Meddy, Denise Nicosia combines certified expertise with a hands-on, client-first approach to medical billing and practice management. With deep experience across multiple specialties — including chiropractic, physical therapy, orthopedic surgery, occupational therapy, acupuncture, and LPC therapy billing — Denise leads her team in delivering precise, proactive solutions for healthcare providers of all kinds.
She has a particular passion for the complexities of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases, ensuring every claim is handled with accuracy and persistence. Whether it's patient insurance verification, charge entry, claims follow-up, or payment posting, Denise is committed to helping her clients maintain healthy cash flow and focus on patient care.
Outside of work, Denise loves spending time with her family and her beloved dogs, and enjoys hiking and relaxing at the beach.
