With over 25 years experience in medical billing, collection, and practice management, Meddy Billing brings certified expertise across all medical specialties, including Certified Professional Coders (CPC) on our team. Our dedicated professionals work closely with you and your staff to ensure no detail is overlooked, delivering clear, measurable results. Patient demographics and charge information are collected directly from your practice, or you can utilize our full practice management and our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system for a fully integrated solution.

Every bill is carefully reviewed by our specialists and processed through our advanced claim-scrubbing system prior to submission. Claims are then submitted electronically to insurance companies for faster turnaround.

Payments are received via Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) or as hard copy Explanation of Benefits (EOB) provided by your office. Once payments are received, they are promptly posted to outstanding claims.

We run daily accounts receivable reports and follow up consistently on any unpaid claims. Additionally, we issue patient balance bills to collect any remaining outstanding amounts due.
